Cool. I have a bunch of spare slots since I have a frickin HUGE Antec Server Case

Oh more important question, any idea if I have what is is required on my DFI Lanparty nF4 Ultra-D mobo? PCI 2.1 slot I think its called?

You can see I have never messed with audio stuff on my comp lol.

Yes, the Ultra-D uses the latest revision of PCI, which I believe is 2.3. I also have an ultra-d, so I can confirm it will work problem free.

Ok well I just researched the card and it sounds awsome! So ya I am basically sure I am going to get it. I'll just wait a few days till my b.day to get the extra cash.
