Problem with windows booting

i got amd athlon 3200+ at 2.2ghz those r at to like 1.1ghz or so

if you have 2 or more sticks of ram, take one out and see if it reboots, if it does, switch it out, if it does it again, more than likely, thats not the problem unless both are bad

even when veiwing a flash video my cpu temp jutmps to 60-65c and then freezes =/

sounds like something is pinging it..do you have a lot of program running in msconfig startup?

Nope nly like 14 process's. i stopped ones that dont need to be running. even if open a game it still jumps to 60-65c

how do you only have 14 processes? post a screenshot of the taskmanager process tab

there is 16, cuz Firefox is open, its usually 14-15 process.

I think you have some issues or something, click on show process from all users if you have more than 1 users on your machine....ive got 28........**** thats low....
