The voltage in CPUZ is incorrect. It would be nearer 1.65 or so.

I don't boubt that these are cherry picked, but still it shows that these CPU's have the potential still to be overclocked this far. They need to use a higher number of Pi to go to now.

What was the world record SuperPi for an Opteron in comparison? was it even in the teens?

The fastest record SuperPi at xtremesystems for AMD is 20secs, it was a 4.2Ghz AMD Athlon FX-57 on liquid nitrogen cooling.

If you browse these forums and XS forums regulary, and you dont know about that pi time, then somthing is up
