P4 Heatsink/Fan?

I am planning on purchasing a 3.2 ghz P4 /w HT for my new computer, and was wondering whether I should purchase the retail version that includes the heatsink/fan, or if I should purchase the non-retail version and buy my own heatsink/fan. I really would like a low noise heatsink/fan for my system. I don't know if the one that comes with the retail version is fairly quiet or not, and I don't know which heatsinks/fans are good if I go without the retail version...

So, help! Any help would be appreciated.

Well seeing how with retail you will get a 3 year warranty and OEM is only 1 year id go with retail . Then i would slap a Cooler Master Areo 7 on it

yea its a quiet fan. My friend has the same setup as you. He also has the intel fan. ITs a low RPM fan but it should do the job..
