Alright, I did windows repair and now I don't have my video memory, well it doesn't show up atleast, I did dxdiag and I noticed that where it should say I have 32mb video, it says nothing... I had S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR, now I have nothing, How can I fix this?

Install Video Drivers.

Either use www.google.com or use your driver CD that came with the motherboard or video card.

Reinstall the driver! I have that same video on my old motherboard
It won't even run Halo though :/

considering its an S3 i assume its onboard but correct me if im wrong , provide mobo model and ill get you a link , if you dont know what it is then download cpu-z click here get into "mainboard" tab and take a screenshot

Alright, I had found a driver that I had downloaded before when my computer was restarting all the time, but now I can't install the driver.

What do you mean? You dont know how, or it just doesn't install properly?
