This is for my friend, it's $250, he only wants computer for internet and chatting

Eh, if he only has $250 and doesn't plan to do any gaming, than sure. It's actually a good deal if it comes with that software. Probably worth $200+ IF it's legit.
 
It's first computer for my friend, LOL

He only wants it for surfing the net, to look for cars and parts online.
Maybe chat a little. Just wanna make sure the comp won't b slow when surfing.
 
There is no way the software is not hacked at that price. The software alone is very nearly $250.

If it sounds too good to be true...
 
Where are you buying this pc from? Retail, Newegg?
It should be fine, may want to consider upgrading the ram to a total of 512mb to smooth out performance tho.
