ram positioning

is there any certain way ram needs to be placed onto a motherboard...size wise...like should a larger stick be in front or closer to the processor?

Won't make any noticeable difference, unless your motherboard is dual channel.

As long as you are using the correct type of RAM, and line up the notches and edges or the stick, then you will be fine.

As WorldIndustries, if your motherboard supports dual channel, and you are looking to set things up as such, then find out what slots correspond to each channel (it says so in the manual for your mobo).
