They look like they're identical, except for the heatspreaders.

I'd get the silver ones, seeing as I think those are the new design by OCZ, I have no reason really to back this up though. They look the same..

k how bout neither, unless u wanna buy a OCZ PC 4000, get a G.SKill 2x1GB PC4000 Extreme, its about $170, its amazing, and OCs very well.

im not going to oc.. so i dont need pc4000 and before you tell me y are you getting ocz if ur not gonna OC, because its only 140 and its a good brand

if you are not going to oc then get the tightest timing pc3200 with a good warrenty for the cheapest you can

either of those are great, tight timings, great for OCing still.
