Hi i need help, kind stupid question but i tried all kind stuff but nothing get done....
Before when i click START to see the list of programs i used to see a blue color around but now is black...i tried appearance (DISPLAY) but i didnt find anything....

Help me please....

try changing your theme and then changing it back

He means, when you click Start, it will show a blue outline when you highlight All Programs.

Have you tried changing themes?

Is all the toolbars and everything black? if it is then you have a different contrast setting activated. press alt-shirt-print screen and it should change back. If the contrast hasnt been changed and you do this just do the same again to reset it.
