Worried about my PSU

I have a cheap-o PSU that came with my 40$ Aspire case. It's a 430watt, I can't remember the amps and don't feel like looking atm.

I have like 4 case fans and some lights hooked up on the +12v rail. I'm getting consistant 12.45 - 12.55v's on the +12v rail (even during Prime95 torture tests) according to ABit EQ and Everest.

Does that mean my PSU isn't too shabby? I don't want to overload it and smoke it before I have a chance to get a good one.

what about the +3.3/+5 voltages?

Uhh +3.3 is at 3.34v and +5 is at 5.12v.

I don't know the amps and I don't think it says on the PSU.
