Symptoms like this are normaly either overheating or bad PSU. Sometimes it might be bad capacitors on the mobo.

Check your caps for leaks, swap out the PSU if you can and run prime95 torture test and monitor your CPU temp *at the same time*.
Anything up to 75C or 80C should be nothing to worry about, is that a Tbred you have there?

Make sure you get all the dust out of your CPU heatsink.

simply look at em and better use a flashlight as its kinda dark in there , see examples

http://home.earthlink.net/~doniteli/index27.htm , t-bred or in its full name thoroughbred is basicly the code name of the first series of the 0.13 micron athlon xp processors

download everest click here , get into computer-->sensor and take a screenshot

also get into c:\windows\minidump , rar/zip all files , upload to www.mytempdir.com and provide link , ill analyze the recent and let you know , windows keeps bsod logs and by default setting its set to automatically restart on a bsod..

Ah, I took the screenshot but its too big to post, anyway to make it smaller? Also my I dont seem to have a minidump folder, I just reformatted my HD yesterday but its restarted twice already while plaaying games. Oh, and Ive set windows to not auro reboot, and it still does and it doesnt give me a BSOD.

save it as a PNG , if you alredy did then upload to http://www.imageshack.us , after uploading youll be given several links use the last one (direct link to image), copy the link and click the IMG button.. , get into c:\windows and create the minidump folder also goto start-->run-->sysdm.cpl-->advanced-->settings (the last one) , set "write debugging information" to "kernel memory dump" and check the last box
