I would go with the cpu and memory that you have and the MSI Neo4-F, that was previously said. Since you wont be overclocking you wouldnt need the as5, just use the stock heatpad/paste that the cpu comes with.

Yea the ram is better but for the mobo I don't know which is the better chipset, and I don't need the onboard video.
