Not enough to warrant an uprgade. No improvements in games, and the only improvements are in memory bandwidth benchmarks (Athlon 64s don't benefit from a higher bandwidth).

I'd wait for the socket to "mature". Right now the clock speeds of DDR2 aren't agreeing with the way AMD's memory controller does things.
