Are you sure you installed all the dell cd's? It should be this one http://support.dell.com/support/dow..._CEL_2400&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=3597&libid=5 But to be sure go to this link and enter your service tag number (on a sticker on the back) and it will tell you for sure http://support.dell.com/support/index.aspx?c=ca&l=en&s=gen&~ck=mn
