question about gainward bliss 6800gs

As of today, right now... it's 212.00 but truthfully I would wait to see what new batch of cards come out, then you might be able to get a 7800GS for cheaper once more people switch to PCIE it's still 256 but it runs as good if not better than that one you want marks wise... IMHO

That is barely an upgrade from your 6800tbh. Wait until the summer and spend the money on a new 8 series or a 7 series at a cheaper price.

As for teh conversion, do it your self at x-rates.com

I have the PCIx version of that card. and oh my god.

It is awesome, plays HL2 and NFS:MW on max settings with ease.

It is a really good card, and if you're considering it I highly reccomend it. It has awesome stability, and is really fast. The memory is also really good.

uhh If im not mistaken isn the 7900 GT a better card then the 7800 GTX at a cheaper price?

well techinically yes, but alot of people are having problems with the 7900 series. also the 7800gtx will run any game you throw at it. and i plan on upgrading to pci-e so i will be getting the 512 version
