blue screen error, 1x8e?

i get the blue screen of death somtimes or freezing. and when i go to event manager i get this error code and paramters

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf9ee3d3, parameter3 b18f0b20, parameter4 00000000.

any help would be much appriciated

ok, i installed that, and now everytime i turn on the laptop, it comes up with recovered from a serious error...
