Microsoft Windows Defender, Spybot, Ad-Aware. All are free and available from MajorGeeks.com.

While you're there, download O&O Defrag Professional Edition (30 day free trial). It is worth the money to purchase. Let it defrag your hard drive the RIGHT way... to 0% fragmentation.

Invest in a can or two of compressed air to clean out your fan and heatsink. Remove the fan from the sink (four screws) to get the sink cleaned out really good.

Getting a 80mm front fan will probably haelp you out a bit, and possibly replacing the rear 120mm fan with one that spins a little faster and moves more air. If you think you can mod, cut a hole in the side panel across from your CPU and install an intake fan to draw outside air directly onto the HS/F of the CPU.

Swap the cone for a fan and you should see a major difference, especially if you also change out the rear fan.

Cyrax is right. If your case is on the floor it will suck up more dust.

You should clean/blow out your comp at least twice a year, more often if it is dusty where it sits.
