Windows Freezes when I click Shutdown

Sometimes when I click start-Turn off Computer it freezes... Everything else runs smooth any suggestions?

Dont bother with little problems. Its probably about motherboard but dont change it if you only have this problem.

Edit: Just ran ad-aware its still freezing when I click Start-Turn off computer
