I haven't researched those cards, but I am in love with Gigabyte.
But from a non-tech stand point that is. Maybe i'll research them and comment back... yeah h/o

OK here we go:
Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 :
I like the fact that it has PCI-E but only 1? and 2 PCI x1? who uses that! I like Nvidia north-bridges. Nice 4GB DDR, but it would be nice to have 240 pin.

Asus A8N5X :
Again with the PCI x1, and WTF is a PCI x4? I'm no expert (so i don't know what it is) but it can't be worth that much.
Enough USB's to power a small LAN party. But ASUS is not a favorite of mine my last ASUS wouldn't upgrade CPU's still don't know why.

I couldn't find anything on the other one, therfore I would go Gigabyte.
