BSOD help please!

hi, my computer keeps BSODing. i'm recieving the error message:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0X000000D1 (0XF6A3FFB4, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0XBA6OAF1)

NDIS.sys ADDRESS BA60A7F1 BASE AT BA60A000

any ideas guys?? any help would be great. i'm running XPpro SP2 on an athlon64 3200+ with 1.5GB ram if that helps!

**update**

the BSOD only seems to occur when i hit the ENTER key whist replying to someone in Trillian. wierd that it only seems to happen here??

Have you tired uninstalling/reinstalling trillian?

Thanks for your reply. I think it may have been a registry error or some other kind of problem within windows as i did a clean install and it's absolutely fine now. Think i got a little carried away with RegCleaner!
