Will this help me until the 8 series

I am looking at getting something a little better than what I have right now and I was wondering if I would see any difference if I got this card
MSI GeForce 7300 GS TurboCache / 256MB GDDR2 / Supporting 512MB with TurboCache / PCI Express / DVI / VGA / TV Out
right now I have a
Nvidia Geforce 6600 256MB w/DVI+TV out video
it is a pretty cheap card that is why I was wondering if I will would help me any until the 8 series comes out

The 7300GS is NOT worth the money. If anything, get a 7600xx, or stick with your 6600GT for the time being.

No, I hear those things don't run much better than say a 6200 So you would see at most the same performance you are already getting. If anything get a 7600gs if you want something cheap.

now when I look at that I would say that the 7300 is the better one there so could you tell me how the 7300 isn't a good card thax
