Help me pick 1gb of ram!

my budgets around 100-120 as you can see. Or should I just buy a 512 stick of a higher pc? Does a higher pc value make a huge difference or nay?

I'd go with the OCZ. And a higher speed does make a difference but as for a huge difference, it'll have to be a big jump in speed.

the g. skill would be best. having ram rated for more than DDR400 (a.k.a PC3200) will not make a difference unless you are overclocking. in fact it may be detrimental to performance if you aren't overclocking due to the looser timings

I've decided to order 2gb instead. Wondering if thats wise or if I'll bottleneck. Here is my system

I wanna take the patriot memory I have on off and replace it with 2 gbs of this ocz

Will 3 gigs give a performance boost over 2 or will it bottleneck? If so Ill just get 1 gig

you'll get better performance running it in dual channel with just the OCZ, and 2 gigs is already plenty. good choice on the rams too, great price for the timings.
