System Processes Help

Hey everyone,
I am looking at my processes right now in the task manager and I am wondering, what do I need and what can I get rid of? I have uninstalled my Norton AntiVirus. here they are:

Any help would be appreciated.

If I ever run across processes that I'm unsure of, I just look it up at Process Library, which usually has an entry to describe what each process does. Just glancing at your list you have some processes that you don't necessary need to have running, but you may just want to end up leaving them, so it's more or less your call.
