Is this pre-built computer a good buy?

Try not to use the power supply that comes with the case. Always get a better reputable one like from FSP(Fortron), Thermaltake, or Coolmax, because if your PSU fries then it can possibly take some components with it like your video card or motherboard. And if your motherboard supports dual channel, then either go with what you have now or another set of 2x512 RAM, don't get a single stick.

You already have 1024MB ram running in dual channel , and its already enough for running world of warcraft smoothly. and that video card is definately worth it, trust me it makes one world of a difference. by all means do not get a video card lower than 100$ or else it wont run world of warcraft very well. As others have already mentioned, now all you need is a decent power supply (around 500W should be fine) and then you are good to go.

Have fun using your new pc and playing world of warcraft. :p
