Disk Boot problem

Hello. I'm trying to boot from my Windows XP disc to wipe the partition and reformatm my HDD. The BIOS will read the discs and I'll get the "Press any key to boot to disc..." and no matter what I press, it doesn't read it. I'm not sure why. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Could be a bad CD or CD drive.

you have a usb keyboard? if so you must enable support in bios but to do that youll need a standard ps2 keyboard
