yeah, i agree with nitestick. but you gotta admit that article on THG was pretty **** sweet.

yeah the 165 and 170 will overclock like mad. if not overclocking go for a 3800+ or a 4400+

4200+ costs more than the 3800+, but dosent give much more performance.

However, if AMD can perfect the ability to make multiple cores appear as one, then it could take a massive performance lead in applications that are single-threaded - like the vast majority of games right now.

I have to say, that super cheap 805 looks awesome, im putting it into my new briefcase pc mod (log coming soon after i get started), i mean overclock a $140 processor up past 4.0ghz, that is amazing!

What processor are you talking about?

Also what is its base MHz set at? If its only $140 and capable of 4.0, then thats the best buy ever.
