New computer shut down after 5-10min

No now it just shuts down, I purchase I different video card a Radeon 9600. If that fails then I will do some more troubelshooting. Thanks for the help

how many sticks of memory do you have?

Two 512 mb each they seem to work fine, I replaced the video card with a Radeon 9600 video card, now the screen has a fuzzy display I did not have this problem with the first video card. I appreciate the help, but after a week of missing with the computer I am taking into a shop to have it repaired

you might have set the card in wrong the first time and it might have hurt something on the mobo
