That sir is called piracy...Why would you ask us to help you do such a thing. The best way around it is to buy a windows XP disc...or install linux
Then don't return the PC, return the CD or tell him you will report him to the local authorities.
He has supplied you with illegal software, or so you tell us, and if it is true then he can get in deep you know what for it.
There is usually a number on the back of the CD you can call if you have unintentionally received a pirated copy of Windows XP, nothing they can do to refund you but it will atleast show the eseller who's boss.
