CPU running pretty hot

Hey, have some CPU problems past few week, its P4 2.8 Prescott, its running more that 65C when running games.

I just got a new PSU, Hiper 580W Dual rail 20a, 18a and a extra case fan which i though would help but apparently not.

Edit: seems the case is overheating after looking at my temps, still shouldn't be that high.

I just cleaned out my CPU fan and heatsink but still didnt help.

Is there any other reason it may be overheating?

Have you checked your fan speed to make sure its spinning at the right speed?

prescott core p4's are known to run very hot , just get a good cooler , if youll tell me from what country your from & budget ill recommend one & a store to get it from

Fan speed is running at 5.1, it used to run at 5.8 but i cleaned it out, the case fan is runnign around the 2000 mark.

Im in UK jeremy if you know a good one would be great.
