WOH, Im at 4.6 GHZ on my p4 3.2 gig p4 and Gigabyte 8KNXP mobo! Im gonna tell you below how YOU can do it too!
Throw your WHOLE pc into a bucket of water, and freeze it until it is totally solid. Note: Put duct tape over the motherboard backpanel ports before-hand to block water from freezing inside and blocking you from plugging everything in.
After the whole thing is frozen, take it out, and wrap it around in a LOT of tin foil. Note: Cut holes in the tin foil to permit wires to plug back into the pc.
Hook up your pc, thaw out the power-on button, then press it. BADA BING... you got yourself a 200% overclockable pc!!!
p.s. dont forget to use antifreeze on your harddrive
