Opteron 170 screwed?

Hi there i only get 7800 in 3dmark05 with

Opteron 170 @ 2.2ghz
MSI 7900GT default
2GB corsair xms platinum twinx ddr400
asus a8n sli
36GB raptor

Why is my CPU score so low, only 5400
is there something wrong with my Dual core opteron 170 @ 2.2GHZ?? and also my computer freezes at the end of 3dmark03.. anybody know why that is? im using forceware 84.26 drivers.

does the bios matter becuase it says my cpu is an unknown cpu type(i didnt upgrade the bios) but cpuz reads it fine.

wow.. thats a bad score for 05..... i almost get a 10,000 in 05 and i've only got a 146 single core... but then again it is more graphic dependant... but you've got the same grpahics card as i do? hrm.... and yes.. upgrading your bios could make a difference you should try that

Check the tempatures and memory latency.

Temperatures are fine i think 30-45C mark and memory timings on my 2gb of ram are 3-3-3-8, i duno why they r 3-3-3-8 the corsair ram came at default at 2-3-3-6 but it runs on my computer at default 3-3-3-8 i tried to change the timings in my bios to what it should be 2-3-3-6 but my computer freezes. people get 6500-7000 with an opteron dual core but i just do not understand why i only get 5400 CPU score.
