You should get the Opty with a DFI Lanparty since they have the most advanced OCing BIOS. You can get the DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D for $122 on newegg or you can get a better one with SLI support. BUt most ppl will recommend DFI Lanpartys for OCing

if you don't plan on oc'ing to any extreme the board you chose should do you just fine.. i managed to get to 2.8 ghz on my opteron with my Abit mobo, so i would think that would do just fine

wow... i didnt know you could get 2 gigs for under 150... although i was always looking at low latancy when i got mine

heh, bf2 maps = ~10 seconds
