is there anything wrong with OEM products? are those the ones that are in plastic bags? and why are they there?

OEM is just the product with no manuals or anything.

OEM products i would buy are optical drives, hard drives, and ram lol that's about it.

yeah OEM is minus the pretty box, mauals and software. OEM processors don't come with HSF's so its ok if you are buying a third party one.
