TT Power supplies are Near the Low end of "Average" IMO.

I stick with these brands.

Enermax
OCZ
PC Power and Cooling (Expensive)

First thing I thought of is car audio amplifiers. Cheaper brands, such as Legacy, Pyramid, Pyle, they all overrate their amplifiers. They say they'll do like 3,000 watts continuous (known as RMS), yet if you bench test them, you're lucky if you get 500 watts, and they're distorted as ****.

I don't know if that's what he meant, about a "max" and a "continuous" rating or not, but I figured I'd share.
