nope, exactly the same as a single core although it does make things a little trickier. its harder because of course you have the heat dump of two cores rather than one but as you could expect one of the cores will always be slightly weaker than the other. say for instance one of the cores runs fine at 2.6ghz@1.45v but the other needs 1.475v you MUST boost to 1.475v to satisfy the second core
