Cant seem to improve

Ive been messing with OC'ing my AMD Athlon 3200+

Ive had it at 220x10 with a VCore of +5% for a while and i figured i could increase this to 240x10 vcore +11% but it didnt work so after like 8 different combinations of 230, 235, 240x10 and Vcores of +6.6% +8% +11% i finally gave up. Anyone got any suggestions or any ideas cuz im stumped

I run an AMD athlon 3200+
MSI K8T NEO2
1GB(2x512)Dual Channel DDR Mushkin
im not sure about how to OC memory i see all the different memory realted stuff in my Cell Menu but not sure what to do so i leave it alone. I read the Guides but they are all written by pros and its hard for amateurs to understand.
