Computer running slow

My computer is running slow.For example when I right click on my desktop it keeps loading.Anyone got an ideas?

1. Give us your system specs...or at least the model number of your PC, so we can look it up.

2. Make sure you have enough memory, if you have the bare minimum required for your operating system, then it will "lag".

3. The computer could be running slow because of viruses or spyware.

im going with spyware. download spybot(google it) its free

I have no spyware,my computer is HP 735n.
