mouse screwing up?

hey hey, i have a 20 dollar Keningston optical and i think its screwing with me..

everynow and then, the mouse will be completly stil but it decides to move the cursor up and to the left diagonly slowly.. like the laser is getting reflected back on it but i JUST started having this problem and have tried a mouse pad with no luck... any ideas? if its going out, recommend a good mouse around 30 bucks ro so.. peace

i get that sometimes, with my wired dell optical mouse. it usually goes horizontally left, but only when i am not touching the mouse.

yeah it does it when im not touching it and it is a wired...

I recommend Microsoft Optical Mice. They are the exact opposite of the OS - they work, and they're cheap
