Buying a Prebuilt rig

I checked out all the prices of the places mentioned. So far monarch has it pretty well beat, both in terms of price and options; I was able to stick an FX-60 on with the price difference and still came out well ahead of alienware's price.

It will take a few days for my check to clear the bank so I'm still open to any additional input =) Thanks for the ideas and help so far.

My Voodoo customization came out to $9600 lol.

Looking at monitors, 21 or 20.1 inch seems to be the native res for 1600x1200. I was thinking of getting a 24 inch, which is widescreen and the deminsions are different I believe.. Will that make any noticable difference other than size?

Does anyone see any compatibility problems with this set up?

Asus Vento Black case
510w PC Power and Cooling Turbo-Cool ATX EPS PS
Asus A8N-SLI mobo
AMD FX-60
Zalman Alcu Silent CPU Cooling Kit
2 or 4 gigs DDR OCZ Dual Channel Platinum 400 3200
1x 150g SATA Raptor 10,000
2x 500g SATA3G 7,500
RAID 0
Creative X-Fi Platinum 7.1
2x eVGA 7900 GTX EGS
D-Link DWL-AG530 Wireless PCI Adapter
Logitech Z-5300e Speakers
Either Plextor PX-716SA DVDRW SATA
or
Lite-On SHW-160P6S-03 DVDRW

Any suggestions on the which of the DVDRW's to go with, and will that PS be powerful enough to handle the load? Also will the SATA raptor be compatible with the SATA3G backups?

Thanks for your time =)

The monitor arrived Thursday or Friday.. Sat it next to the 15" CRT I've been using since 2003 or so and laughed for a long, long time. Can't wait for the rig to arrive; there's no way the x700pro I have now could push it lol
