I've been looking at boards to finally go PCIe and I think I've got itdown to a few... Gimme inputs please...

With this GPU

Ideas, comments, complaints? I'm limited by budget, unless I sell a system I'm building now... then I might go a little higher, but this seems ok right now for... If you know a better mob... by all means. but I will not go SLI any time soon so I don't need 2 16x slots... Thanks

I'm biased, but meh.

I'd say neither, although the ASUS one I bet is fine.

I would go for a DFI LanParty UT nForce 4 SLI-DR

Its alot pricer, but i've used it before and its amazing. Its so stable and reliable, and it works out of the box with no problems. I can also say the same thing about my LanParty motherboard even though its s754, AGP, and uses the nForce 3 chipset.

Its been a long time since i've used an ASUS board, and I don't remember what i thought of it.

Don't buy Abit boards, their trash. I know someone who has the one you listed and he's constantly having problems with it.

EDIT: even though you don't plan on doing SLI, it doesn't hurt to buy a motherboard that can do it.
