I've got a lot of help from this board and thought I could use some more. I need to know what a good quality video card is, and I know I will have to pay some money for it. I need one that can handle video editing at a reasonable price.

Thanks guys!

depends.... 500 watt u will only need if u liek have water cooling and stuff. But a 400 watt is better for what u need it for. A good quality video card is a ATI Readon 9800 pro. But i mean for u sicne i saw ur other post that said, im using it for video edting. You should get a ATI readon 9700 pro.

im running a truepower 330w on a p4 2.8e, asus p4p800, his radeon 9200se,
i would recommend 380w or more but make sure it is a good quality power supply

yea make sure its a good quality. My friend got a general PSU like a non brand one. It lasted him a month before he needed to get a new one..

icute psu's aren't too crummy, they're fairly reliable... of the cheap psu's anyway and maybe get the 9600xt.. that would really do you fine (and last you for quite a while) no point in spending cash on a card that you're not going to use to its full extent..
