Compared to what? What are looking for? This has the competitive capacity of that of a mid-grade laptop. Used/64MB/$0.99/Shipping $4.99
I'd say it's good for a test card for building PCs

Its a prefectly reasonable card for something like an office PC but certainly not a gaming rig.
