One of many configurations IÂ’ve made for a computer IÂ’m building. IÂ’m using storage devices I already own for the build so there is no price listed for those items. k downgrade to DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D, and dont upgrade ur CPU, its great, Upgrade ur ram to 2GB.

and bought is spelt b-ou-g-h-t, not baught.

i don't think 2 gigs of ram is really even that nesicary.

changing the cpu all depends on weather or not you are going to oc.

2gbs of RAM is necessary for BF2, but if you don't play it, then just get 1gb.

i have the audigy 2 zs platinum. very nice, i just wish the optical i/o were on the back but what can ya do?

Thanks for the input guys. I hate mini tower cases cause there two small. As for the CPU I know nothing of over clocking, though I am very interested in it. Is the only difference between the two boards the SLI technology? I just want a board I won’t have to replace anytime soon. The ram is a typo, it should say “OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB)”, so it is actually 2 gigs. I also fixed the case link. Is the motherboard you suggested good for over clocking? And can my ram handle the over clock as well, if I get a op165?

yes the difference between the boards is the sli technology, and it will last you a long time.

you had the ram right, and i would say then just stick with the 2 gigs.

as for the cpu, how much do you wanna oc? if you're new to oc'ing i would say then just stick with the x2
