that's good, if you wanna pay the extra just for the sli. it's the same board i have above just with sli.


you can mod the board i have up there to do sli

and sli is when you have two video cards working togeather instead of one.

if you buy a retail(the one in the box)cpu then a fan will come with it.

yes but it can sometimes be a good idea to replace the heatsink or cpu fan that comes with the CPU as sometimes you require greater cooling.

so basically SLI is to crossfire right? but I heard its not even worth it from the sticky post.

whats a good CPU fan that gives a better cooling.

Depends.. SLI is heaps better than crossfire SLI will probably be worth it when games are more compatible with it and they enhance the technology..

so for now its not even worth getting a mobo with the SLI right? because I dont intend to get 2 Video Cards, I am struggling with just one as it is for now.

Also Im looking at a CPU heatsink, where does it attach, I was under the impression the fan goes on top of the CPU but looking at this fan how is that possible.
