oc amd 3700+

Just keep going very slowly until you are no longer stable and/or the temps are too high.

i figured 60c is a good limit right on stock cooling though

60*C is too high for that CPU. Keep it under 50*C under full load and your temps are fine. I'd say you can probably get that CPU up to 2.8-2.95GHz
