I was wondering if I get this case http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-133-104&depa=0&section=3 only in black because it is cheaper and this power supply http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-153-007&depa=0 am I going to need any other fans or a heatsink? Also that thermaltake 480w power supply comes with the fan controller and the thermaltake 420w power supply doesn't. How needed is the fan controller?

stuff thats going in the case:
amd athlon xp 3200+
x2 corsair xms 512mb ddr400 pc3200 ram
asus a7n8x-e deluxe
seagate 160gb sata 7200rpm
Sound blaster audigy 2 platinum (maybe zs)
Radeon 9800 pro
lite on cdrw drive 52x32x52
lite on 16x dvd drive
so what do you guys think

anyways these should be my last questions until I actually start building. Thanks for all your guys help!

If you buy the retail version of the processor you will not have to purchase a heatsink separate. It will come bundled with the processor. As far as fans go, it's always good to have a minimum of 2 case fans. Preferrebly one 80mm fan on the side blowing air into the case and an 80mm fan on top blowing air out of the case. You shouldn't need anymore than that unless you plan on overclocking, in that case, load up on as many fans as your case can hold, along with getting a super heatsink for your processor, maybe even some spreaders for your ram.

Though with those specs you listed above, you have no reason to even consider OCing.
