Is there any way to change the CPU sensor? Everest says 28C for CPU, while MBM5 says 42C. I'm pretty sure MBM 5 has the right sensor.

what cpu? what cooler? under load or idle? that would help us to tell you which is right.

yeah that sounds about right, how odd that everest gets it wrong.. it should report exactly the same temp as its reading from the same sensor, unless its picking up the wrong sensor.

Are you sure you're using the OLD freeware home edition of everest not one of the newer trial editions?
