i know something like this has already been asked (because it is a fairly basic question) but i have yet to find an answer...
I am going to partition up my hard drive to put another operating system on it, but i am wondering if i have to put the applications with the partition windows is installed on (or kubuntu linux)? Or is it only data i can put on a separate partition? I would imagine that the apps would have to go with the OS simply because it will use the operating system's dll's, kernel, etc.
thanks!
