Need Good OCin Mobo

I'm lookin for a good OCin mobo to go with a s939 Opteron (probably the 144). I'm usin it to upgrade from my P4 system in my sig so i dont need any other parts besides the CPU, mobo and new PCI-E video card (X1800GTO). I kno DFI has good OCin boards but idk which one is good or not. SLI, Crossfire, doesnt matter idc, even if it has 1 PCI-E. Budget is about $160 or so for just the mobo.

OK sounds good i'll probably get that, my X1800GTO will work with it right? i kno i cant use SLI inless i have two of the same Nvidia cards

dont forget to unlock your X1800GTO to a X1800XL

i wanted to save a little money so nstead of a 7900GT im getting a X1800GTO and unlocking it.
