Problems formatting please help!

This is what i did:

put powermax on a floppy
Then it booted into powermax, i did full format
after that it goes into cmos A:\, from there it does nothing...
If i restart with my windows xp disc in it says it wants system disk or boot disk.. im truely stuck here...i dont know what to do

Sounds as if your XP Disc isnt bootable. So you have to get a copy that is to install.

well mines a ..cough..copy..cough...if i but a boot disk in, it goes into it no problem...it just wont pick up the disc...so i have to get a original XP disc of somone ?

Yeah you need a bootable XP disc in order to install.
